1.Coordinate employee life cycle transactional service such as new hired On-boarding kits preparation, labor contract renewal, probation review; employment enrollment and termination.
2.Maintain employee master data and employee personnel files.
3.Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
4.Manage employees’ social insurance, housing fund.
5.Act as a time keeper, monitor accuracy and compliance of the attendance transaction such as OT, leave and absence.
6.Prepare employment certificate, personnel change communication letter as necessary.
7.Respond to payroll, income tax, benefits, and social insurance etc. queries from employees.
8. Perform HR administration duties as assigned.
9. Ensure labour law and income tax/social security compliance.
10.Global guidance and processes are executed to the business in timely manner.
Requirements
This position requires a university degree, with 1 or 2 years relevant experience in the Human Resources is preferred. Good potential fresh graduate may be considered. Basic requirements are as following:
1. Good computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)
2. Good speaking, reading and written English skills
3. Attention to details, proactive, service oriented and can work independently
4. A level of analytical and systematic way of thinking
5. Strong team pla
6. Able to maintain confidentiality
7. Be able to communicate effectively and efficiently
