Position: Customer Service officer(外贸跟单)
岗位职责:
- To respond to customer enquiries an d requests (via telephone, fax an d email communications) in a timely manner;
- To follow up with related function depts. to ensure orders are received an d processed as required by customers;
- To follow up an d clear backlog orders/shipments to improve delivery performance;
- To clarify problems with customers in relation to slow payment/disputes to improve DSO (day sales outstanding);
- To handle customer complaints according to company procedures an d service standard;
- To assist an d back up other team members an d provide clerical supports to Sr. Customer Service Officer.
-回应客户的查询请求(通过电话、传真和电子邮件通信)及时;
-跟进相关职能部门的工作。确保按客户要求接收和处理订单;
-跟进和清理积压订单/出货,改善交货表现;
-与客户澄清问题与慢付款/纠纷改善DSO;
-按照公司流程和服务标准处理客户投诉;
-协助和支持其他团队成员,并为高级客户服务主任提供文书支持
岗位要求:
- College degree Or above;
- 1-3 years experience in related industry, Or could prefer the excellent graduates majored in English an d related;
- Proficient in English communication & computer operation (Windows, MS Office, etc);
- Customer an d result oriented, can work under pressure;
- Quick an d careful learner, can work efficiently an d effectively.

Officer薪资构成:底薪 加班费 补贴
